You will lie inside a specialized chamber while breathing oxygen under increased atmospheric pressure. Sessions typically last about 60 minutes. Most patients describe the experience as similar to resting or napping.

You may feel a mild pressure sensation in your ears, similar to changes experienced during air travel, which can be easily managed with simple techniques.
